Geronimo Bio
Geronimo's journey into the art of sushi began in 2005 when he joined NNB Sushi Catering Enterprise. Working at various golf and private clubs, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and precision that define authentic sushi.
Eager to expand his expertise, Geronimo explored different sushi establishments before receiving a pivotal call from Chef Suguie. He was invited to help open Tanoshi Bento, the sister restaurant of the Tanoshi Sushi Sake Bar, founded by Executive Chef Oguma San. Initially working at Bento, Geronimo’s dedication and talent caught the attention of Chef Oguma, who personally invited him to join the team at Tanoshi Sushi Sake Bar.
For the next seven years, Geronimo worked alongside Chef Oguma, refining his skills and embracing the discipline required to master sushi at the highest level. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, and he remains deeply grateful for the mentorship and opportunities that shaped his career.
His time behind the sushi bar also introduced him to remarkable individuals, one of them being Chef Seth Levine, who invited him to join Ravel Events and Summer Club as a Sushi Chef. Today, Geronimo continues to honor the traditions of Japanese cuisine, blending technique, precision, and passion to create unforgettable sushi experiences.
